Nicole is the lead occupational therapist at a DOH retained-Wellness Hospital in Mariveles, Bataan. Apart from her clinical work, she has been involved in research projects such as the development of a readiness program for people with mental health concerns, instrument development, and occupational justice in drug rehabilitation practice. She also is active in providing support in disaster and crisis management (i.e Devangxia, Taal eruption, and Covid-19) and advocating mental health through co-founding the Filipino Occupational Therapists for Mental Health (FOT4MH) #YouSafeSpace
