Niall is an occupational therapist with interests and extensive experience in gender, sexuality and mental health. Niall has recently taken on a new role, setting up a new Occupational Therapy service in Ireland's National Gender Service. Niall co-authored the AOTI 2019 LGBT+ Awareness & Good Practice Guidelines, and has since established the AOTI‘s Gender & Sexuality in Occupational Therapy Advisory Group (GSOTAG), of which he is current chairperson.
